Soler Rodrigue, 27, Egle Street, Morgan City, was arrested at 8:59 p.m. Thursday on a warrant alleging possession of drug paraphernalia. Jeffrey Blaine Lodrigue, 30, Second Street, Berwick, was arrested at 10:59 a.m. Blair reported that the Morgan City Police Department responded to 51 calls for service over the last 24-hour reporting period and made these arrests beginning Thursday: On Thursday, Tharp was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Detention Center and remains incarcerated awaiting a bond hearing.
